Do your thing, just be sure not to leave anything in the tank on the run – there will be plenty of time for Oly and HS work in the new year…

Thanks to Josh, Heather, Krista, Scott, Megan, and Jenna for coming out in less than enjoyable conditions and putting forth such solid efforts – we’re proud to have you in our gym.

31 minutes – terrible! Calves locked down several times, been a miserable adjustment to POSE method.

Half of the pull-up WOD (5 rounds) in 11:59 (12 sets)

I’d like to say I made it in under 20 minutes but that would be a lie. I’d like to say I ran the whole time during the 5K, but that would be a lie. I’d like to say I was not cursing under my breath, but that would be a lie. 34 minutes! I haven’t done any non-treadmill running in 3 and a half months. I’d like to say it felt good but that would be a lie. BUT, it was WORTH it!
