    First team workout at CFN:

    As a team, row 5 K and complete 200 burpees for time. One rower per team. All members of the team can (and should) be chipping away at the total workload at the same time; i.e., one athlete rows while the rest of the team performs burpees.

    Team 1 @ 11:00 – Heather, Sue, and Krista: 26:01
    Team 2 @ 11:00 – Mark, Michelle, and Stephen: 23:41

    Team 1 @ 12:00 – Neil and Scott: 25:59
    Team 2 @ 12:00 – Brent and Stephen: 25:42

    20lb weight vest for the first 3 rounds, but had to ditch for the last half since it wouldn’t stop coming un-velcroed. Good race, fellas
