    I’m excited for tomorrow’s session, since my deadlifting form’s improved so much…. thanks B & S. I couldn’t ask for better teachers / coaches.

    You two should start peddling protein-infused coffee for post-workout. Think about it, all the people who are dead tired after a WOD will need a pick-me-up so they don’t pass out at 7 p.m. AND they’ll need some protein, so why not get two birds with one stone?

    I want 40% of the take on such an endeavor.

    …Seriously, we’ll all be rich in no time. Call it “MuscleBucks” or “CrossBucks” or something. “CrossFee”?

    Missed PR by 2 seconds, was cruisin’ but totally gassed on the last 400m. Forgot how bad this one hurts!
