10:30, as rx’d, a PR of over 6 minutes. All cleans performed as singles. Pushed hard, but still rested a second or two too long inbetween cleans on the first two sets.

Heavy thrusters and shoveling prior to “Liz” did not help the wod time, but regardless, was quite disappointed I didnt break 10. The focus-lapse mid-round2 cost me a missed rep and at least 15 seconds on my time DAMNIT

Traps were extremely sore from cleans the other day, which made the squats feel like I was getting charlie-horsed in my necktal region…
