With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets as needed each minute.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.

The GHDs finally get some high-rep lady-glute action.

Don’t have the kip down to make this worthwhile. Subbed ring rows and 500 meters on rower for 20 minutes. 6,4,7,8,4,10. Tried to show that rower who was boss! (I think it still won)

Repeated the ladder with Brent, Josh, and Jason:
15 before fear of hand ripping set in. Rested for about 15 minutes, then cranked out another 11 PUs for an even 300 on the day.

16+11 Pr by at least 8 rounds I’m not quite sure who is more insane Tim doing 18 pullups after tearing massive bloody holes in his hands and then going back to work or Steven doing the WOD twice, then working to an even 300 for the day and then going back to work himself……I’m giving the nod to Tim I seem to remember seeing salt in those large bloody holes. Very nice gentlemen
