245×8 had to hook grip due to Angie rip and thumbs were about to tear, so I had to stop short of the 21 reps I planned on for the last set. Better safe than sorry- hand is healing well and I want to keep it that way

Got a 5# PR with meh form, so the last two were remedial reps. Bad hips, no cookie. Now I have to wait ’til next time for 315.
