The worst workout I have ever done. As rx’d with box jumps in lieu of double unders at 24″. First time doing knees to elbows and I have not been able to do more than 6 legit wall balls. Happy to finish!

I did 25 of everything.
box jumps ~18″
Used the 25lb kettle bell for swings
Used 20 lb bar for pp
knees…well no where close to elbows but up nonetheless
14 lb ball for wall balls
75 single jump rope
but other than that just like rx’d

Tsk tsk Megs. U can’t go claiming “as rx’d” for those wallballs OR the knees-to-elbows (knees-to-armpits). Stellar performance, nonetheless, but gotta keep the claims accurate. Anything less is unfair to those who bust it to hit the target and knee their bows
