    how the hell am i supposed to work on progressions when there has been no progress yet. I guess I will have to come in and have my hands pedEGGED for my workout

    i’m looking forward to NOT hitting my head on the pullup bar by the track i’m NOT allowed to run on. It’s gonna be a slight engineering feet to make this work, but i’m half genius…

    I know… I think I may register for it at Bed Bath and Beyond… why not, right? Scott registered for a toothpick dispenser (yes like the kind you see at a Waffle House) and someone bought that!

    Just worked on muscle up progression and then ctb pullups and strict pullups
    Then rowed a 2k in 8:48
    First 2k row and I will know how to pace better to get a better time. Waited too long to pick up the pace
    ** note to Jordan: I know you like to listen to me row, but in lieu of your little performance today, I vow to be silent. Ha!

    So all I did today was false grip work and ring dips. This is either because I am a slacker, or because I suck horribly at absolutely anything remotely related to a muscle-up in any way, shape, or form, including marriage. I’m not even decent at a muscle-up’s third cousin twice-removed’s roommate.

    I also worked muscle-up progressions. Did some chest to bar pullups and a couple false grip pullups. After all that I attempted a couple muscle-ups. I got pretty close but didn’t get one today. Next time…

    All reps from palms out elbows extended to full lock-out at the top. I think I could go faster by pacing, but I probably wouldn’t have half as much fun.

    5:11. Arms were still feeling weak after the extracurriculars following Barb, but a 35-sec PR. Big thanks to Jason for the bionic tape job. NOTE: Def need to do both hands next time (have muscle-up scars on both wrists now)
    Wanted Sub-5… next time. The troops are closing in, will have some tough comp from more than 1 worthy competitor next go round.

    c&j 116 nowhere near pr haha verrry sore
    total 201 for the green ink!!
    followed by lots of warrior stretching and rolling on foam while watching the boys be beastly :) and watching brent re-tape his hands 55 times.

    couldn’t engineer it with my rings so jammed out bar muscle ups.

    21:51. Hands are torn up badly. Not sure if bar muscle ups count as rx’d or not.
