    Nice work out there everyone. Just got done watching videos and am fired up to workout right now. I’m pretty sure we had a nasti represent in the affiliate video from saturday.

    Let me guess. The standard is kettle bell in a vertical plane with the hips?

    Two things:

    1. Straight street. That should be steep enough for the 2x 250. I used to run up and down that motherfucker all the time when I was going to UC.

    2. I’m being sent BACK to Camp Shelby, Mississippi and maybe being sent home (or not) from there. Apparently my knee just needs ‘time to heal.’ I guess i’m cool with that.

    I just did the pullup marathon followed immediately by the GHD workout. That was good. I liked it. But I feel like a truck ran me over.

    Pullups: 10x 3 45#weighted, 5~strictish, 7kips
    Didn’t really count sets because there were lots.
    But after the first two I’d say seven sets per round.
