Helen, get your gun. Badassness.

No doubt. I shall begin plans for the shooting range immediately.

I did Nancy as Rx’d 18:14. This is a 20 second PR. I would like to do this without running our hill. I have to believe it slows me down.
Great job Sui. I know you don’t like to run, so you must be an awesome OH squatter!!

Need work on hang cleans. Not throwing elbows up as much as I should on heavier weight. Feet are also spreading to wide on landing

Very pleased with technique. PR is 210, but I weighed 205 at the time.

need to get better at dropping under the bar and (as Brent would say) “jump the sh*t out of it!”

As soon as it gets heavy something weird happens with my form. Frustrating!
Oh well. Most I have ever power cleaned is 105 so relatively happy to get only five pounds less from the hang position

Kinda muscled it up for the 165. Then I guess I forgot how to do the lift and couldn’t get under the bar at all for the last four.
Treadmill tabata @12degrees and 8mph.
I bit off more than I could chew starting at 12 mph for the first round then 10, then 9, then the last 5 at 8 mph. I ALWAYS forget how bad those are and want to start too fast.

Lot of failing today. The PR felt like it was really ugly.

Globo gym : Hollywood sit-ups followed by 32 of the easiest pull-ups (narrower bar)- really trying to apply Speiller’s technique.
Swim : 500m then 75m/25 push-ups x 5 rounds
