OK… Gonna be looking for somewhere to hang the rings where I won’t crack my head on something or rack my nuts on a tree… Wish me luck!

  2. Greg M Says:

this workout sux balls. i am determined to do the filthy 50, maybe with GHDs subbed if/when I cant do KTEs.

  3. Holly Says:

    Hang Cleans

    75/95/106/111(f)/111/111(f)/105

The most I have recorded is 105 on a squat clean, so 111 is for sure a PR.

Did 6 500M rows with 2 min rest between sets.

    Congrats on the muscle-ups Arjuna!

I unfortunately got pulled into a special project for work. In a conference room with 8 other people basically 8AM to midnight, and it will continue through the weekend. This however means no workouts…a week off that isn’t needed/wanted.

Hope all is well in the ‘nat.

  7. Babs Says:

I took Nancy for a stroll in the rain.
    5 rounds:
    400m run
    15- 33lb oh squats

16:30ish and soaked!! Stop watch stopped on my last round so the time is not exact.

  10. Megan Says:

    Did Angie today instead
    32:42
pr by two and a half minutes!!!! 100 pullups were in 14ish minutes as opposed to twenty and all pushup form was perfect whereas last time it was questionable. Very happy with unbroken situps and squats only broke twice, once at 75 and once at 90!!!
    Great day!!!

  11. arjuna Says:

    Steve, Myself, and John

    Mt. Adams Stair Sprints
    3 rounds:
5x – sprint up 2 stairs at a time walk down 1 at a time

Then roughly 320m sprint up a very steep road. 1:07

  12. Dustin Says:

For time: 30 muscle-ups. 3:54!! I go fast!!!!! Then, 53 pull ups, new pr!

  13. Stephen Says:

Mt. Adams stair sprints with Arjuna and John P., followed by the hill sprint in 1:09.

Shoulder is feeling strong, but didn’t want to test it with 30 MU, so I played around with a bunch of stuff in the evening:

    PUs: 1 x max, 50, PR by 1

    Turkish arm-bars: 5-5-5 @ 53-70-79

    Turkish get-up + windmill: 1 x each arm @ 79, PR by 6.5

    Strict MU: 2 x 1

  14. babs Says:

Congrats to Andrew on your first MU!

Practiced MU swings. I am sooo close!!!

  15. Andrew Says:

I did my first 5 muscle-ups today. I’m on a muscle-up high! I feel pretty strong right now… like the Hulk. I think I’d be pretty good at smashing things right now.

  16. Glenn Says:

Lots of Muscle-Up (Tough) Love at the Nasti today!
Should have beat that rookie Arjuna but too many failed MU’s left me with 8:39 for today’s WOD.

Then 45 pull ups, new pr!

    3 x 15 OS with 65lbs.

Then (inspired by tales of Mount Adams run) did two loops of Alpine Terrace to Paxton to Linwood up Alpine Terrace hill. Great to see Stephen at the crest of the 1st hill! 22:26 Then two hill sprints at my house 250m.

  17. arjuna smith Says:

Haha. Next time 3:53 !! I was takin it slow so Stephan could take photos.

  18. Melissa H Says:
