		<description>Lots of Muscle-Up (Tough) Love at the Nasti today!
Should have beat that rookie Arjuna but too many failed MU&#039;s left me with 8:39 for today&#039;s WOD.

Then 45 pull ups, new pr!   

3 x 15 OS with 65lbs.

Then (inspired by tales of Mount Adams run) did two loops of Alpine Terrace to Paxton to Linwood up Alpine Terrace hill.  Great to see Stephen at the crest of the 1st hill! 22:26  Then two hill sprints at my house  250m.</description>

pr by two and a half minutes!!!!  100 pullups were in 14ish minutes as opposed to twenty and all pushup form was perfect whereas last time it was questionable.  Very happy with unbroken situps and squats only broke twice, once at 75 and once at 90!!!
