Kudos to Neil for solid 5 rounds OS (96lbs)/400 m run
Today’s Fun : with 21.6 lb vest 1 mile run / Fran (9flbs) / 1 mile run:21:43
Splits were something like 6:30 / 8:15 / 6:58
Then Hollywood sit ups & stretching at Globo Gym. Presently freezing butt off pool side trying to embrace cold & wet as just another mental challenge in the CF mind set.
