crossfit has taught me some serious skills! For time:
update 300 subjects with id’s, keep up with two email accounts, two IM accounts, stalk cfn site, do all 6 stretches every hour(6 minutes or so), and check fb.
time: 2 hrs

Weighted pullup makeup day today. Got up to the 49-lb. vest and one chain. Just couldn’t make the two chains happen.
Toss on 2 minutes of Tabata pushups, and I’m primed and ready for whatever tomorrow’s WOD is!

Did the weighted pullups without any weight
Am getting a lot better at them though… next bar is to string 2 together.
Ran an 800 then ran 5×400 (with Siu during her workout)

70, 110, 129, 140 Russian judge say “I duno, just shy?” I say “fahkyuu, I over bar!” I try 143.5 twice- close, but no potato.
