30 wall ball shots, 20 lb. ball
3 rope climb ascents
Or, it might not be that, because to be honest, this looks like an unorganized mess. I guess you’ll just have to wait and see.

Snatch, 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Start with 3 rounds of the Burgener warm-up, beginning with the PVC pipe, and advancing to the 20 lb., 33 lb., and/or 45 lb. bars. Today’s emphasis is on technique and speed rather than weight. Any press-out at the catch will be considered a failed rep.

Take a maximum of 45:00 to perform three sets, each for max reps, of the following movements:
Bench press, bodyweight
Pull-ups
Back squat, bodyweight
Athletes will be placed in small groups. Each group will have access to one squat rack, one bench, and the PU bar. Work together to move efficiently and make the best use of the allotted time.
Post reps for all three exercises in all three rounds to comments.
