    1st round took 17 of that…tried to make it through with a 20 lb vest. Got through 4 muscle ups.

    Feel pretty confident I could sub 10 it w/ body weight….but that will be for another day. Hopefully the shoulders heal up before Jit class!!

    BTW…Brent, going to the local elementary school in your robe and watching recess from behind a bush is not normal.
