    Neil, does this imply that you could defeat Josh at a beer-shotgunning competition? Or rather that you could defeat him at a WOD that includes shotgunning beers? Either way, it sounds like you have some hidden skills that need to be seen…

    I can see the confusion there; I was referring to simply shotgunning a beer, or two for that matter. Shotgunning is the elusive, and not publicized, 11th fitness domain that I mastered at a much too young age.

    Fran ( f u Tim) 5:59PR by almost a min
    Thrusters 165-175-185f-185-195pr-205f-205f I think 205 would be possible without the fran ( f u Tim).

    Thinking about running a marathon or something just to calm down

    Two misses were by a total of 3″. Highly annoying, given the fact that 205 isn’t even a difficult push press for me. I know I didn’t do “Fran”, but I think I’ll still blame Tim for the misses.

    By the way, Josh was an instructor at my Level 1 Cert, what an amazingly humble and ridiculously strong dude. I’ll tell you some stories sometime….

    Too large a jump from 2nd to 3rd rep. Lesson learned for next time
