25 minutes (I ran out of time. Had to get my 6 y/o on the bus)
85 pull-ups from my knees (I do them inside on the weight rack bar)
120 bench dips
Back Squat: 3×5 – 305 (+10)
Press: 3×5 – 147 (+2…baby steps)
Deadlift: 1×5 – 295 (+20)
coud have pulled more…but why the Hell would I wanna go and do that???
Loved loved loved doing back squats! First time out and I think they may be my favorite lift.

just over 10 mins… my clock didn’t have a second hand
Moved 30 rubber mats (3000 pounds total) an average distance of 45 feet – do the math. Then played around with BS form @ 185. Congrats to Jenna, Megan, and Neil for executing great low-bar back squat form on their first day, Jason for locking things down, and Heather for a solid PR.
