    I worked on being consistent with my pullup. Set a goal of thirty kipping pullups and ninety ring push ups. Sadly my hands had plans of their own and only held for 15. I was very happy that in the last week I have come so far with my kip! Finished with band assisted pullups and pushups to prevent tears. Looking forward to rest day!
