21 sumo deadlift highpull, 95 lbs.
15 pull-ups

    then i did yesterdays WOD but thats too many numbers to remember…
    press – 90-95??
    push press – 95-100??
    push jerk – got 100 or 105??? got about 3 or 4 before my body shut down and i couldn’t even finish a full round at 95
