Wednesday – WOD

With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets as needed each minute.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Didn’t think I’d do it, eh?

    51 burpees, 9 minutes and 5 seconds.
Did in sets of 10. Not fun without any carbs in my system….

  2. Holly says:

    Squat Clean

  3. Stephen says:

    Round of 18 + 15

    PR by 19 PUs.

  4. Jason says:

    squat clean up to 215

    Pu ladder 15+13

    Ring dip ladder 13 rounds

    “I am Tim”

  5. JennaB says:

4+4 as rx’d then 11+5 on the blue band at which point i had to stop due to multiple tears and bleeding wounds. 😦 and again, i’m sorry for ruining the tape. haha just use the black tape on all of it, then you won’t be able to see my bloody hand prints!

  6. babs says:

i’m going for 12 today!!!! or, perhaps, 12+?! we shall see….

  7. Megan says:

    4+2 with kipping… Deceptively hard.
Short rest and then green band 14+12
    129 pullups= bloody man hands

  8. Tim says:

16 even, heavily taped, no bloody hands for me today

Stephen- by my math thats 186 PUs. Awesome dude, Josh Everett would be proud, the beard must be working!

will the real Tim please stand up

  9. mcnaughton says:

10 rounds…dead hang…elbow started to get in the way, but I was about done anyhow…

then did same routine with HSPU: 10 rounds plus 4…

  10. babs says:

stopped when felt my hand almost rip open
that’s such crap. I was soooo on my way to 12 rounds.

  11. Brent says:

    18 rounds + 14… hands were cold at 10am

weighted ringdip ladder (weightless the first 3 rounds)
up to 12 rounds (me + vest=205 lbs to match Jason)
not very easy to kip with the ripped vest on, but enjoyable nonetheless. Hopefully the extra work wont handicap me tomorrow

  12. wb416 says:

    First WOD with group.

    6 rounds + 2 (green band)

  13. Brent says:

    A) that was Monday homework. What do you say to your students if they want to take a test a day late?

“Did grandma die?” “No?? Well tough sh*t your test is today.”

    B) a burpee every (almost) 11 seconds? How long were we resting between these alleged sets of 10? Perhaps we need a remedial course on the meaning of “FOR TIME.” 2 minute water breaks have no place intra-wod.

Good thing the pull-up ladder was double digits today, or I would have let Megs tie you to her bumper to remind you what intensity means

  14. Lee says:

    9 rounds.
