    The weighted practice yesterday did not in fact make me feel lighter today. But I was still pissed about losing the last ringdip wod, so that helped

    30 ring dips with feet on bench
    Row 500m
    30 push-ups incline hands on bench
    Row 500m
    Attempted handstands, but after a few comedic attempts and face plants, did 30 barbell push presses instead.
    Row 500m
    Time: 23:06

    I suck at HSPUs so I did the following in punishment:

    50 ring dips
    run 400
    50 push-ups
    run 400
    150 barbell shoulder press
    run 400
    50 push-ups
    run 400
    50 ring dips

    41:00 something…..
