    I got around to today’s WOD…. tonight.

    155, 175, scratch on 185, 175, 185, scratch on 190, 185.

    I’m so out of shape 😦

    Whoops, I was doing push presses. I couldn’t watch any of the CF videos on my ipod at the gym, so I (incorrectly) assumed what to do.

    Guess that’s what I get for being outta the gym and outta the routine for so long….

    I did the row/push press with #65 in 18:54.

    Yesterday I did front squats 95# 3X5. Jenna B and Megan are awesome with front squats over 100#. I think I need to come to the gym, for a little encouragement. Maybe if Jason ever lets me out, I can meet some of you:)

    195-205-210-215-220-225f(small press)-225

    1st day back from my bout with Death. Felt decent – 225 is an overhead PR. In an effort to save the knees for whatever tomorrow brings, these were all performed as split jerks rather than push jerks.

    I love this workout but i f’ing hate it because i can’t get my right arm to straighten damn it! 65(f) arm- 65(f)arm again- 60(f) f’ing arm- 60(f) arm-55-60… let just cut the damn thing off! As Josh told Megan yesterday- there is nothing to blame but yourself in CF!

    100 push-ups
    100 sit-ups
    100 squats
    first time doing sit-ups w/o ab mat or something holding my feet. also on my 2nd hangover in a row.
    almost puked.

    Tried these at home and pretty much sucked.

    90, 110, 130, 140, 160F, 150F (partial), 150F

    These explosive movements are my bane…. so much to still learn…

    I was working on getting under the bar on the 170 attempts. I never got completely under the bar on any of them. I was close on the last one but was pissed and just dropped the bar.

    Tim – by my rough calculations, you put 115% bodyweight overhead. Not too shabby at all. Just keep going overhead, and keep going heavy. Or don’t – I kind of like having at least one thing over you.

    As for you and your epic f, Jason, I hereby vow to never again let a 1 RM jerk go unrecorded.

    80-85-85-90(press)-90(press)-90f-90f really looking forward to getting 95, thought it might happen today. Ah well. Today was super fun! Box (bumper plate) jumps 26x 5 28×5 30×5. Today I also messed around with pullups today and can now string five kips together as opposed to singles. I also managed to do a couple of dead hang pullups. I LOVE crossfit!! The progress is incredible!

    My hips were garbage today. Dip was terrible. Had the enjoyment of going after Nick who used no effort to push jerk 100 lbs more than me. He is not human.

    F-bomb update: 1/2 an f bomb spoken towards the end of the workout. Goal is no f bombs
