“Barbara”

Five rounds, each for time, of:

20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

    In fact, I came in today to primarily warmup/stretch and work on pullups, but with the three of you gutting out Barbara I kinda got caught up in it, especially after still being pumped from yesterday… well sorta… I sucked big time…. only did two rounds… even scaled 10-20-30-40 (green band pullups)

    Barbara is fun. I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. Of course I can say that now since I wasn’t still drunk this go-round. Huge improvement from last time

    21:12 pr by 7 minutes. I believe I had the fastest first round at 2:59 and was tied with Brent after two rounds and then fell off big time. Still a good improvement.
