Scope out the rival Ford Flex creeping in your territory, Jason – you best be careful…

  2. Jason says:

Busted I guess. That’s just me making sure everyone’s times are legit…..If my 12:31 wasn’t going to hold up it wasn’t going to be because someone cut corners.

    Remember I am always watching…judging

Besides who else would be forward thinking enough, with that much taste. I seriously doubt that there is someone else out there that is that awesome.

  3. Holly says:

    I did 90lb bench press.

    bench press: 2/2/3/3/3

    Total reps = 234

  7. babs says:

Also my rest time was spent cleaning the mats.

  8. Jim Stilg says:

3 rounds. 135 bench. Blue band (torn hand)

    bp: 5-5-4
    pu (blue): 15-15
    pu (kip): 5

  9. Jim Stilg says:

Actually, only 12 pu’s on the second round.

  10. Jim Stilg says:

Heather did her 4th round with 21 pu’s and did not pause before going directly to the broom to keep sweeping. Gutsy performance.

  11. Brent says:

    15/30
    14/30
    14/30
    13/30
    12/23 hand tearing damnit

    211 total

Benched 179 – the 10kg bumpers were quite handy today. Would’ve given Esteban a run for his McFlurry if my hands were in one piece

  12. GregH says:

still lamenting the lack of anything approaching real fitness equipment. doing bodyweight stuff is good enough for now. Two rounds of 35 reps each squats, kte, squats, sit-ups, squats, lunges, squats. friggin killed my legs. 18:35.

  13. Tim says:

added 95lb OHS then 175lb BP then PU

Erased my white board accidently but I know the numbers weren’t close to the Stephen and Brent show. Something like 15/10/25 then down from there. Didn’t expect the OHS to screw up my bench as bad as it did.
Just not feelin’ it lately, even after an extra day off…

  14. Kristen says:

    75 lbs
    16/8
    15/5?
    I can’t remember the rest.

  15. Stephen says:

Tim (and anyone else who completed this at home) –

Not sure how you did this one, but since there is no mention of time, we don’t treat “Lynne” as a metcon of any sort, meaning that we recover after each exercise, not just after the round. I’ve done her both ways, and I can assure you that if we’d jumped straight from the bench to the PUs, Brent and my numbers wouldn’t have been nearly as high. I can assure you, however, that both methods (let alone throwing in OHSs?!?) thoroughly suck, though in completely different ways.

  16. Neil says:

    15/31
    13/25
    11/26
    10/23
    9/20
    183

  17. Lee says:

    170 rxd
    4/15
    3/14
    3/13
    2/11
    2/12

    total 79

  18. Dustin says:

275 total, and 40 pull ups in a row, not bad for my first time 😉
