  2. Megs T says:

    Nice row Holly!!!!

  3. katyv says:

    85-90-95-100-105-110-115

    PR by 20 pounds!

  4. Tim says:

    Nor Cal qualifier for me-
as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    185 power clean/muscle up

    59 reps

    wanted 60, next time…..

    then 135 push jerk 10/10/8/8

  5. Stephen says:

    200-210-215-220-225-230f-230f

All split jerks. First fail just went behind an inch too far so I dumped. Second attempt at 230 was a fail only due to a baby press to lock out. 230 is the most I’ve had locked out overhead, though, and I know I’ll get it next time.

  6. Jason says:

    185-195-205-210p-210f-210pr-215f

I will improve…need to work on tech and commitment to violent explosive quickness

    then 2k row 6:48

  7. JennaB says:

    120-125stupid fail-125-130-135f-135p-135f
    turns out 130 was a 5lb PR, i’ll take it 🙂
then megs drug me out to run
    800m with sandbag – 4:20
    800m w/o sandbag – 3:58 (thats good for me… haha)

  8. babs says:

    No shoulder work 😦
    Just rowed.

  9. Siu says:

    85-90-95-100(f)-100-105-110(f)-110(f)-110(f)-110(f)

    Yes I can count.
    Yes I am stubborn. =)

babs – don’t forget about your new move, the “ring swing”

  10. Tim V says:

    115 – 125 – 135 – 140f – 140 – 145f – 145.

Both fails were about an inch short of lockout at the bottom. Clearly, this means I need to cut about an inch off of each leg so I’ll be that much lower next time. Maybe I can just tighten up the blue bands I replaced my Achilles with…

  11. Scott says:

    295-326-409-410-595-652-345

The above numbers represent all the times I’ve been f-bomb censored during Fran; elizabeth; etc…

    155 160 165 170 175 180 185

  12. Melissa H says:

    45
    50
    55
    60
    65 (pr)
    70 f (press)
70 f (baby press this time)

The great thing about doing all of these lifts for the first time is that they are always PRs!

  13. Glenn says:

PVC, 155 need to work on split technique.

  14. Neil says:

    Only 5 sets
    165-175-185(pr)-190-200

  15. arjuna says:

    165-175-185f-185-190f-190-200
