Darn it. I’ll be mixing 10 bags of concrete for time instead. Which is annoying, because I don’t mind running…

  2. arjuna says:

Finally, now I can go to bed. I’ve been checking this sucker for the last 2 hours. Or maybe 3.

  3. Holly says:

    186lbs 6:11

  4. JennaB says:

    damn holly…you’re a beast lol 186lbs???

  5. Stephen says:

    The Gundrums don’t mess around!

  6. babs says:

    You are one strong chica!

    Forgot to post yesterday.
    Back Squat 5×5

  7. Jason says:

Sometimes Holly likes to scale up, to ya know get some agression out.

It’s kinds wierd what she is good at cuz 198 onFGB doesn’t seem to corelate with a 6 min 186lb grace…… Crossfit can be strange like that sometimes

800m x4. 2:55-3:05-3:15-3:13 rest =3min per round done at Turpin track

Is it me or are there always gale force winds when runs come up

  8. Holly says:

OK, obviously I have some posting issues. I will try to improve. I did 86lbs, not quite the 186 posted earlier:)

  9. Stephen says:

Hmmm… I’m starting to suspect that our course is more than a little short of 800m – this will have to be re-measured soon.

  10. Kevin says:

Yesterday did – 3 rounds of 400m run, 20 DL, 20 pushups to let shoulder rest a bit

Today did 4×800 at Withrow track: 318, 320, 324, 320 – about 15s slower on each than last time 😦

  11. Megan says:

    4×800 2:57, 3:05, 3:22, 3:13
2:57 is a pr by 20 seconds and all times with the exception of the third round were faster than my fastest time last time.
    I am happy with that

  12. Stephen says:

    2:27, 2:26, 2:32, 2:37

Each round was :06-:10 faster than in March. Thanks to Neil for setting the pace and staying two steps in front of me no matter how fast I ran.

  13. JennaB says:

grace – 4:59 unofficially…steve has to check the video hahaha
then 4x800m 3:38, 3:48, 3:43, 3:50….didn’t go sub 4 last time so i’ll take it, esp after grace.
also did my 42 burpees that were owed

    aaaaaaand now everything hurts.

  14. Tim says:

    Grace is in my kitchen!

  15. Tim V says:

    2:55, 3:03, 2:48, 2:54

That’s right, I’m so good I not only knocked out the concrete work but still managed to show up and run. Beat my old times by anywhere from 15 – 30 seconds or so, so I’ll take it for now.

Just have to figure out how to hold the pace where I was actually in front of Steve and Neil until a third of the way down Brotherton on rounds 3 and 4…

And of course, I did it in jeans. Cuz I’m hardcore like that.

  16. Melissa H says:

    WTG Jenna!

I’m tired and sore just reading your post!

  17. Jim Stilg says:

    Two 800’s. 2:54 / 2:55. Very windy.

    Then Grace at 195 pounds…I mean 95 pounds… 4:50.

  18. babs says:

    4:23, 4:26, 4:18, 4:18
    ugh…i DESPISE running

  19. Stephen says:

Jenna – the official green ink number is now 4:58. Well done!

To all else – beware the next 5K, in which I break out Heather’s Pumas and race a topless, yet still denim-clad Tim V. It will be hideous.

  20. JennaB says:

awesome!! wow i didn’t think you’d seriously watch it to make sure it was down to the second haha thanks!!! 🙂

  21. Stephen says:

Of course! On a side note, Jenna, four hours of timing everyone in the mid-day sun has left me with a face, arm, and shoulder burn to rival yours from a few weeks ago. It’s epic.

  22. Siu says:

In all honestly, much better then I anticipated – unless Stephen remeasures and tells me that it’s only 400m 😉

Now I just need to try to get 1:34 faster on Grace! Good job Jenna!

  23. Glenn says:

2:29/2:29.05/2:27/2:27 at least it wasn’t a windy day!

  24. JennaB says:

haha thanks siu! and steve i’m so sorry!! thats miserable, i’m still peeling from my burn…i have aloe if you need it! haha

  25. Neil says:

    2:31, 2:27, 2:26, fail

  26. Scott says:

    3:11, 3:15, 3:07, 3:07

I am VERY proud of my fiance (Andrea) for how she did today. Hon, you really pushed yourself today 🙂 good job!

  27. Lindsey S. says:

    3:05, 3:13, 3:21, 3:30

I wanna do it again today!!

  28. Jason says:

    so mcnick track -the wind

    I feel better now

  29. Andrea says:

    Awww, thanks hun 🙂
    4:36 4:31 4:23 4:13
