    I’m going to start running 400m/800m after several WODs a week. So I can be like you guys!

    16:45 and along with jordan, i had to slow things down so steve would feel good about himself when he beat me…. RIGHT. i’m slow.
    then i watched dustin be my hero. haha freaking amazing!! 🙂

    13:53 a bit faster than last time, but def plenty of room to improve (esp after watching Glenn and Neil go basically unbroken all 4 rounds). 1st round was unbroken
