At 5:30 this morning i woke up feeling like i’d been beaten with a club and couldn’t go back to sleep. Steve, damn RIGHT i’m not doing anything today! lol
wow…. My butt is killing me from Sunday (not in some weird relationship kind of way)… And now, my mind is killing me thinking about today’s workout
half hour of handstand practice.

I’m going to start running 400m/800m after several WODs a week. So I can be like you guys!

jogged .9 mile to the bike trail (i’m in woods hole, mass., no where to work out!)
.2 mile run (according to bike trail map)
had to walk/jog back… legs feel like jell-o
18:10. Apparently, I can’t run after squatting.
16:45 and along with jordan, i had to slow things down so steve would feel good about himself when he beat me…. RIGHT. i’m slow.
then i watched dustin be my hero. haha freaking amazing!! 🙂

I think Dustin’s VO2 max is just a LITTTTTTLE bit higher than everyone else’s!!! just sayin’ CHEATER! 😉

Neil- next time could you slow the pace a tad so this broad doesn’t have to work so hard to keep up (to your dust)?! 🙂
