    Previous PR was 130 set in January. Set new thruster PR, new front squat PR, and new weight overhead PR. I’m stoked!

    same as Melissa… the “silent competition” continues. you better be doing the work outs in Disneyworld (hint: find Hercules) because if not, there will be no competition by the time you get back 🙂

    Thanks Siu. I’m still on a PR high although it has been dampened a bit by 30 muscle ups for time. PRs are better than crack!
