    Wish i was here for this one! Out of town and will be joining the boyz at SPS Crossfit in Stow Ohio. “The Barn.” I hope they have everything to do this one. I got an 830am appt so ill be settin the bar for all you guy’s……and girl’s. Gd luck to everyone! I will do my best to represent.

    Well, this definetly was not a fun one! i need to start stepping my game up. Toby at SPC Crossfit is cool as hell. As well as everyone there. Crossfit has the greatest group of people. My last 2 rounds i was dying and everyone there was standing around routing me on so i wouldnt stop. i went to give him money at the end of the WOD and he told me to shove it up my rear end. Urban Active would of made me give em 20 bucks and probably tell me not to be to loud while lifting.

    The “Barn” is awsome! They are having their own games next Saturday. Perfect location out in the country in Kent. The events will be posted on Wed. Just like the games. 3 events. They hv people coming down from Cleveland Crossfit.. Later on after competition they will have a huge bonfire with a big TV set up outside with Every Second Counts playing. Toby would love for some of us to come down and compete. i hv to work at firestation on Sat but if i can switch shifts with somebody im coming for sure. My mom lives about 4min away from the Barn so if i can switch shifts whoever would want to come down is more than welcome to stay at my moms with me.She has a pretty big Great room so as long as everyone brings sleeping bag and pillow we can sleep at least 10 people here. They hv some Studs down here so we would definetly hv to bring our “A” game. We might hv to recruit Dustin for this one to bring home the Gold.

    Arjuna, depending on which group of guys are coming from cleveland i might know one of them. name’s Troy Bratz. he he’s there tell him Greg from the run cert said What’s up. on another note, a real medical doctor said a bone in my knee is probably bruised and i’m getting an MRI on monday.

    47:10… i cried. ok no, my chin was quivering.. not quite a cry. There’s no crying in CF! The entire time all i could taste was red wine… ugh. I think i can probably cut my time atleast by a 1/3rd…. we’ll see! Thank you for everyone making me finish!

    48:22 I continue to struggle with wallballs. No more than two at a time, which is frustrating. At least I did every single rep legit. Runs actually felt pretty good and were a nice break. I would also like to point out that I was silent today…

    thought I could do better but 315 is heavy, even more so after the endurance stuff

    I did an extra rest day for the hand, which now mostly has skin again. Also took the rest of my calluses down to the point where they’re best referred to as “divots” now.

    It’s a shame, because I actually like wallball, but some sacrifices must be made…

    22:34. Have to say the hardest part of my workout was eating subway and then oatmeal. The first round I was cool with using oatmeal to motivate my stomach muscles but when I began to rest, I thought “if Brent is able to eat that smelly fish that stunk worse going in his mouth than when it later came out of his butt (this is what Mike told me; not sure how Mike knew this, though) then I can finish this workout.”

    It was very gratifying as I was able to put the sandwich between both of sets of molar teeth. Thanks to CFN, I was better able to handle eating subway…

    2nd round is in 3 hours at Montgomery Inn Boathouse
