    As you should be, Brent. Olive oil, onion, green pepper, jalapeno, chicken, bacon, tomato, and just a bit of peppercorn ranch on top (very light). Needs extra chicken, but other than that, it’s quite tasty. Just finished it off a few minutes ago.

    u boys crack me up with your pizza… haha i subbed laying at the pool for pizza consumption. 3.5 hours 🙂 had to call it an early day due to getting slightly lobstered haha

    Steve, when I used to eat pizza the “lard butt” way, it was easy–> Large pepperoni pizza from Papa Johns for $5.00. With my pent up agression I was able to eat in under 20 minutes. But, thanks to Crossfit I am now able to eat pizza with pepperoni, onion, bacon, peppers, and hot sauce. Andrea is so appreciate of this when I breathe next to her. Have to say, I’m not a peppercorn ranch kind of guy. If I had a beard, though….

    The ladies and I woke up to head to the Bald Head Island Fitness Center by 9AM, pre-beachin’.

    4 rounds of:
    400m run + ~50′ walking lunges + 25 push ups + 25 sit ups + 25 squats

    Then 10min abs workout off of brea’s ipod.

    Finished off with ~4 hours on the beach. Eating.

    buy the sham-wow Scott you wont be displeased and if you have the means by a gator grip as well. soon you will need it for all kinds of household chores
