I got sent back to Scottsdale, AZ this week for work.
This morning I did tabata pushups because I suck at pushups and only had 5 minutes to workout.
Tabata Pushups 20-15-10-7-6-6-4-7 = 75
Score = 4 😦
Don’t take my name off the board yet! I will be in on Friday or Saturday (assuming they let me come home).

not feeling it today

Back in the Nati for a few days. Of course I hit the gym.

I’m pretty sure the problem has been diagnosed, though, and 2x fat blocks should take care of it in short order.

I did Cindy today. Actually that came out wrong. During todays workout Cindy showed me how to get off while on the floor rather quickly and squat without much help from Brent or Steve.
So needless to say; I got off without Brent or steve’s assistance.

It sounds like I should have stuck around to see the rest of Charlie & Scott vs Cindy.
