5 thrusters, 95 lbs.
7 hang power cleans, 95 lbs.
10 sumo deadlift high-pulls, 95 lbs.

    8 reps – 3 sumu deadlift high pulls

    This wo killed my wrists, but I still think I could have gotten 3 more high pulls to complete my 8 reps. Next time!

    Woke up early and went to Urban Active and ran 5k on the treadmill; then did some strength exercises… felt good to get an early morning work out in (since I’m off work!!!)

    First muscle-up today! 1 and done. Couldn’t do anymore, bled a little, and did 3 rounds:

    30 squats / 20+20 ring-pullups and ring dips / 10 75lb hang cleans.

    31 minutes.
