Everything went down about 20 lbs. for me today. Which is weird, since I’m better at handstands now. o_O

    SP: 115
    PP: 135
    PJ: 135

    Whee!

  2. GregH says:

    Mmmm. Watermelon.

    SP: 115 equaled my PR
    PP: 135-140-140(2)-140-140(2)
    PJ: 150(3)-135-145(3)-135(4)-135(4)
    or something like that.
As usual it all fell apart by the time I got to the push jerk.

    Then deadlift 21@135, 15@185, 9@225, 5@275

I need to work on my technique with everything.

  3. Stephen says:

Went another, easier (?) route today – Farmer’s hold for time:

    4:23

    PR by 1:36

    Finished with:

    Turkish arm-bars, 10-10-10 @ 53-53-53
    KB windmills, 10 @ 53

  4. Andrew says:

    SP: 95-100-105-110-112(PR)
    PP: 112-112-115-120-125(PR)
    PJ: 95-115-125-115-115

First time I’ve shoulder pressed more than 107 since December last year, when I was doing Starting Strength.

Lesson learned: semi-drunken cupcake binge = PRs

  5. Glenn says:

Wow! Nice Farner’s Hold Stephen!! Almost shames me into going longer than my weak PR…
    Today’s WOD kind of :
    SP: 115/120/120/120:120
    PP: 135 x 5
    500m = 133.6 PR
Time restraints and respect for shoulders kept this a comfortable day.

  6. Charlie H says:

    SP 105-105-115(f)
    PP 115-120(2)-115
    PJ 115-95-95
Went for form on the last sets of push jerks. Did modestly better
