    Everything went down about 20 lbs. for me today. Which is weird, since I’m better at handstands now. o_O

    SP: 115 equaled my PR
    PP: 135-140-140(2)-140-140(2)
    PJ: 150(3)-135-145(3)-135(4)-135(4)
    or something like that.
    As usual it all fell apart by the time I got to the push jerk.

    Then deadlift 21@135, 15@185, 9@225, 5@275

    I need to work on my technique with everything.

    First time I’ve shoulder pressed more than 107 since December last year, when I was doing Starting Strength.

    Lesson learned: semi-drunken cupcake binge = PRs

    Today’s WOD kind of :
    SP: 115/120/120/120:120
    PP: 135 x 5
    500m = 133.6 PR
    Time restraints and respect for shoulders kept this a comfortable day.
