    Did the HSPUs to an abmat on top of a 15lb bumper. This one got hard pretty fast. Good workout.

    Played around with the sled today, with interesting results. After about 30:00 of experimenting with various weights and surfaces on which to push and pull, I settled on 250 lbs. on the non-matted gym floor. Plan was to push the sled 50′ and then pull it back – 10 rounds, each starting every 2:00. First 7 rounds went off without a hitch in :35 or less, leaving more than enough time to recover for the next. About 15′ into the eighth round, however, the sled stopped moving. Took me 2:30 to finish the push, so called it a fail and an end to the day.

    Oh, and Brent, nothing wrong with a 1:20 PR – you should be pleased.

    21, 15, 9 seconds: static hold of the handstand (still working on actually getting up there…ha)
    21, 15, 9 ring dips: knees resting on green band (maybe I could do the blue band next time)

    Dang! Some solid work and creativity (Stephen) at the gym today!
    Arrived yesterday to 8,200 feet above sea level where I managed to capture the wonder of some local kids at the playground with L pull-ups. Then my son road a bike and I chased him for 20 mins.

    Today, frisbee golf at 11,212 feet – severely exposing my disk deficiencies (along with HSPU, double unders & OS).
    8,200 WOD: (70 lbs DB thrusters) 21, 21 push ups, 800 m run with 21 pull ups at the 400 m mark – 3 rounds for time : 15:39
    Nearly met Pukie’s cousin Poopie thanks to the beautiful thin air!

    Glenn – Frisbee golf at 11,212 feet?? Very jealous!! Poopie…not so much.

    I did ring dips with my toes on ground and hspus with feet on 24″ step and regular push ups. Eventhough I scaled a lot it was hard. It took me 18 minutes.
    I am having low back pain from too much water skiing on vacation so that makes everything harder
