    Welcome to the new view above the bar Jeremiah!
    Morning workout with Roaring Fork CF at a local soccer field. Some great stretching moves prior to a group effort involving 100 yard sprints, wheel barrels, tire flips and 100 log sit ups.
    17 mins of sucking (thin) air. Good times!

    Will sadly miss Robert’s class. Please take some notes.
    Back at the Nasti Monday @ 6:30. Look forward to seeing everyone!

    Rack pulls from just above the knee, 2-2-2 @ 405-435-455
    GHD raises, 1 x 10
    GHD reverse hypers, 1 x 10

    Rack jerk (no split) 205, 225, 240, 255. Pretty easy, looking forward to a heavy day later this week.
    DL 295×5, 345×3, 315x2x5, 325×5.
    Patio pullups and wtd pushups to round it out. Should have DLed first, but after a long day of intros with everyone from the 12yr olds to the grannies I got sidetracked.
