    All deadhang. Used an assortment of vests, KBs, and chains. Scott, I’d be really careful about smack-talk – I witnessed Siu and Heather pull some crazy numbers today, and I’m pretty sure Megan A. won’t be far off, either…

    ~50 lbs pr thanks to the vests. i think i could have done more weight, but my hands hurt.

    first time doing weighted pull ups. Used dumbells between my feet. 10/15/25/30/35×3(f). I could not get 35. I was very close. Maybe next time

    so i attempted a 5k…made it to the halfway point before i gave in to the shin pain and walked home. don’t know what that’s about, shins haven’t bothered me in months. ankles hurt too lately…ready for a rest day!

    Body weight: 161.8 (WTH!?)

    PR: 64.1% of BW (need to work on getting above the bar with more weight — brilliant advice from coach Stephen! But, he is correct!)

    Jenna, talk with me. I have a surefire, easy fix for running related shin pain.

    Ted, sweet first 2k row! You can easily blast 15 secs off that with just a few changes.

    70,75,80,85,90f,90f then a few butterfly kips to finish out today’s double WODs.

    Now I get to sleep for about twelve hours.

    Have never done weighted pull ups. The 74 was the heavy weight vest + 2 chains. Adding more required a swinging kettlebell which destroyed my ability to kip.
