~50 lbs pr thanks to the vests. i think i could have done more weight, but my hands hurt.
first time doing weighted pull ups. Used dumbells between my feet. 10/15/25/30/35×3(f). I could not get 35. I was very close. Maybe next time
so i attempted a 5k…made it to the halfway point before i gave in to the shin pain and walked home. don’t know what that’s about, shins haven’t bothered me in months. ankles hurt too lately…ready for a rest day!

Now I get to sleep for about twelve hours.

Have never done weighted pull ups. The 74 was the heavy weight vest + 2 chains. Adding more required a swinging kettlebell which destroyed my ability to kip.
