Well, running my ass off yesterday hasn’t seemed to help my immune system. Rest for me.

Like some one said “never s to late to learn something new”…thank to Stephen to help me to get my first muscle-up(actually did 30)…and thanks to all u guy at Nasti to help me to get trough the WOD
Tyler as Rx’d: 15 something with front row seats watching Dustin kick my ass. But did get 4 MU’s in a row for a new PR!
Then went directly in yesterday’s WOD (400m run/21 back ext,/ 400m / 18 BE, etc 15/12/9/6/3). Ran against son and with daughter(on back for first round the used 59lbs sandbag for the other 400m runs.): 19:59
