“Mary”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 handstand push-ups
10 pistols, alternating
15 pull-ups

    10:00 of “Chelsea”. First eight rounds were :30 or less, but had to break the push-ups on the last two, so they came in around :40.

    PR by almost 2 rounds and completely exceeded my own expectations. Just proves that almost anything is possible when you have a family of people cheering you on (i.e. yelling at you from minute 1 and consistently through minute 20, physically hitting you to remind you to start your squats when all you want to do is breathe)

    Thank you Babs, Megs and Brentley! Glenn and Andrew, I heard your encouragement in the distance as well! You’re wonderful!

    And Chad, thanks for giving me someone to chase 🙂

    For Dustin:

    Assorted strength work including box squats, bench presses, and weighted pull-ups. Then completed all 30 minutes of “Chelsea”, plus six more minutes just give Glenn something to think about. All rounds completed in :30 or less.

    Remain focused on this strength thing while D attempts to enter my kitchen. No problems though – a big set of ever-increasing, gut roaring planks stands at the entrance!!
    Meanwhile, steady improvements by other CFNers inspires me! Well done guys (and ladies).
