    Realized this afternoon I had ruptured a bursa sac in my knee. This seems to happen like once every year, but squats are a no go for the next few days.

    22 min and change plus made a complete ass of myself… hope you all had a good chuckle watching me. : )

    I did the muscle-up to make sure I can still do them. I’ve gained like 8lbs in the last week. I will soon be adult male sized!
