    I more or less just played today…as evidenced by the State Capital popquiz lol (which I failed miserably)
    Did work with the Sumo deadlift up to 275…kinda awkward couldn’t get the lockout right at the top…weird move.
    Regular deadlift up 255 before I was just bored with lifting and stopped haha
    I love fridays at the Nasti haha

    Skipped the power cleans today in an effort to conserve just a bit of extra energy for this weekend’s kettlebell certification.

    15 pushups
    with 20lb vest

    10 mins to finish 4 rounds. 5th round probably took another 5. It was sssssllllloooooooooooowwww.

    Baaad bad lifting day…

    Worked upward in the 200s and then proceeded to fail 3x at 255. Couldn’t even break it off the ground. Went back down to 240 and worked up to a not-so-great 260. Not even close to PR but there is always next time.

    Then one 800 before and two 800s after. Now off to sushi!
