    Yesterday’s WOD: 130lbs 3 rounds + 14 squats. I was 1 short of 4 rounds! I blame my son for coming down to ask where his school clothes were.

    Tabata push-ups – 62
    Tabata sit-ups – 110

    Then 50 Pull-ups not for time.

    My 13 year old nephew did a 59 Tabata Push-up today. Very impressive.
