    A nice lil’ 4 mile jog around my old neighborhood in Rochester. I wasn’t going for time but it ended up around 43mins. Trying to get some sort of activity in between all the feedings.

    opted for some much needed cardio as opposed to shoulder torture 🙂
    7 tire flips w/jump, 40yd car push, 40yd “Sprint”, 15 KB swings with 70lb-er but only the ones to shoulder height??, 15 knees to elbows – 3 rounds with recovery in between – 4:40, 5:13, 4:37
    note: megs was in the car on the last round instead of brent, i attribute the weight difference to the time change there haha

    30, 20, 10: pushups, situps, squats
    21, 15, 9:
    20# dumbell thrusters, 20# dumbell swings
    bicep curls, tricep extensions
    jump’n jacks, mountain climbers
    lunges, crunches

    then hour lumi lumi massage.

    Fun workout but my lower back was pretty tight by the time I finished.

    Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

    25 burpees
    15 back squat, bodyweight as rx’d (181 lbs)

    5 rounds + 25 burpees + 4 squats

    Two of the guys in my unit started a powerlifting program so I piggy backed to the gym at Taji with them.

    Squat 4×5 220,220,220,275
    1×10 225 (sucked!)
    Bench 3×5 165,175,185(3)
    3 sets of inverted rows (for some reason they are not doing pullups)
    Push ups 3xmax 45,25,22
    25 GHDSU to maximum ROM

    I didn’t start sweating until the GHDSU.

    After, I spent some time im the tuck front lever and tuck planche. Today felt much better than yesterday’s performance.
