    First time putting L-pullups in a wod.
    No pr… but 10 pounds heavier on the snatches and last time did all kipping pullups on the green band

    Great to meet and listen to coach Glassman. A very forthright discussion by a man with a vision and an unwillingness to sellout for the big bucks offered by many corporations. More good news – the games will be streamed via the website!

    DL and Cleans were just under Rx, but bench should have been heavier as it was the easiest part.
