    I did this inside with a treadmill and a swiss ball. It took me about 12 minutes.

    Then I did Split Jerks: 65/75/85/85/95/95/95 Since I am inside, I can’t drop the weight so I didn’t push too hard.

    did split jerks, made it up to 145, 10lb PR for the move. failed x2 at 151 😦 so i backed down to 135 to check form, then alll the way down to 45 to really correct form and think i finally got it. 🙂 thanks b!

    The ring dips were brutal. Arms gave out after the round of 8 dips. Had to finish with a blue band. I’m too fat to do ring dips now.

    made up split jerks
    95-105(f)-105-110-115-120-125(f)-125(f)
    First attempt at 105 was worried about some guy behind me and I screwed up my feet… both attempts at 125 I got locked out, but I didn’t catch them in complete lock out
    Haven’t jerked any weight since before my injury
    15 lb. pr on split jerk
    125 is a 5 lb. pr on most weight overhead
