    i felt fat so i skipped shopping with the fam to workout. thats pretty damn good haha ran 2 miles on a TM…gross. my shins felt like they may rip off of my legs, it was neat. and the TM was possessed and kept changing settings… then did plank work and some squats and pushups…nice and easy.

    6ft broad jumps over 20″ box

    and then some fun with rings

    A nice little warm up with Steve, Jason and Siu of 15 mins AMRAP 10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 rind dips= arms and chest giving out fast! 6 rounds + 7 ring dips… i think.

    -row 2500m with 5 hard pulls every 500m
    – 3 rounds weighted GHSU 10lbs and 5 pullups
    – DONE!

    Part 1:

    7 rounds for time of:
    10 deadlift, 245 lbs.
    50 double unders

    Part 2:

    AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
    10 burpees
    10 push-ups
    10 ring dips

    Mandatory chest-to-deck on both burpees and push-ups. Ring dips begin and end with arms in full lockout.

    Misread Part 1 and only did 5 rounds. DLs fast and unbroken. DUs not so much, but smoother than last week. Part 2 was as bad as I expected with ring dips down to singles after round 3.

    15min AMRAP:
    10 burpees + 10 push ups + 10 ring dips (I scaled dips to 5)
    5 rounds + 2 dips

    Then 2500m row with 5 hard pulls at each 500m

    Then OH squat up to 125lbs for x3

    At least I’m cleared to try doing the CFWU again as of tomorrow. I may be back sometime in the forseeable future!

    185×5 225×5 245×5 (got lazy on this one, still in siesta mode)

    3 rounds:
    500m row
    Sand bag thrusters for max rep during time the other person rows.

    Thrusters: 37, 35, 28
    Row: all under 2:10. Third round was 2:08

    I liked this workout!!

    Heather, awesome time on Diane.

    I made up Diane this am. I did 145lb with HSPU’s to 51/4″ target. 11:42. This is a 2 min improvement with more weight and deeper HSPU’s

    One round of Diane as Rx’d
    On rep 15 of the deadlifts for round 2 pulled something in my lower lumbar region.
    On advice of my consigliore I called it a day
