    Then field trip:
    Rnd 1 – Snatch, Sandbag hill-runs
    Rnd 2 – 2-hand get-ups, sandbag hill run, sit-ups, hill run
    Rnd 3 – Wall squats, hill run, burpees, hill broad jumps, jumping split lunges, hill sprint

    And a partridge in a pear tree

    CFN field trip – cold but fun! thanks to the whole gang. i don’t go to CrossFit in Athens so it really is a treat to get to work out with such a fun crowd! have a grea weekend! 🙂

    Siu’s Made Up WOD:

    20 minute AMRAP:
    5 pushups
    10 dumbbell squat cleans (25lbs)
    5 dumbbell push presses (25lbs)
    10 situps
    Total: 7 rounds + 10 DB squat cleans

    Either the squat cleans were too heavy or too high in reps because that is were all my time was spent.

    Then 100 situps for time (no abmat): 3:56

    Treadmill Run

    200m x10 with 5x recovery.

    Worked it out to 12mph for 40 seconds with 3:20 rest.

    Then the physical therapy i’ve been neglecting for the last two weeks… which totally annihilates my shoulders with a 5 lb. plate.
