    5-30 second pathways
3 rounds of the following intervals, in seconds, with 10 seconds rest between intervals and 2 minutes rest between rounds.
Treadmill set at 10mph and 7 degrees.
Not as murderous as a tabata, but still bad.

  3. Greg Harris says:

    that’s .875 miles. fyi.

  4. Holly says:

    I did 5 rounds of 5dl’s at 155 and 10 burpees: 7:54.

Then I did Tabata push ups: 46, and Tabata sit ups: 109

I will have to row again next time.

  5. Megan says:

    Snatch up to 81
Caught it locked out in split, stood up then squatted
    5k row 24:32

    in the garage again today…

    Power Clean: 5×3@135lbs

5 rounds for time (from Coach Rutherford)
    5 hang power snatch – 80lbs
    20 double-unders

  12. Rich V. says:

Nice, Nick. Milk seems to be working…

Came in for another WOD that I didn’t like too much, but first worked on heavy power clean and push jerk, setting a nice PR of 175 on the push jerk, something I haven’t done in a while. Stance still an issue.

As far as you can go in 10 min:
    1 Air Squat/2 Double Unders
    2 Air Squats/4 Double Unders
    3 Air Squats/6 Double Unders
    …you get the idea.

Made it up to 16 squats +2 Double Unders. After yesterday’s heavy squats, moving 168 pounds up and down didn’t feel too great.

I’ll be in at 6am tomorrow.

  15. Joe D says:

Once again, I met my goal: BEAT SIU.

  16. Siu says:

Really Joe? I thought we were tight!

I give so much love and all I get in return is this hostility…

    Great job Joe 😉

  18. Meghan says:

22:54 great job to me! 🙂

  19. Joe D says:

It’s not about hostility, Siu, it’s about admiration and having a target. When I started, I was in awe of your strength and thought, “Man, if I were as strong as Siu, I’d feel pretty good.” Well, I’m feeling pretty good now. I’m still not as strong as you but I’m getting there.

My next target will be TED.

Some people keep journals. I keep a hit list.

  20. babs says:
