    Avoiding knee flexion, so subbed sets of 15 unbroken TGUs with each arm @ 1.5 pood to mimic the wrist and shoulder stability components of the OHS.

    WOD 2:
    2K Row and AMRAP Double Unders in 10 minutes

    Some things to think about before playing with the new toy:

    1. Is Steve’s cement ball actually cemented to his beard?

    2. As you swing this ball up and down, does it feel like a sore hamstring or sore everywhere?

    3. Does Steve look like he’s carrying a conversation with this rock or is he just a solid rock of conversational talent?

    4. Is this cement ball anymore resemble the Tazmanian Devil then your paleo-diet resembles a “come and snatch this” yum yum festival of banana peels and leftover coffee grounds?

    5. Does Steve look like he’s carrying his favorite cement ball or is he imitating my reaction in regards to a certain BELOVED red jump rope

    6. Does Steve look like he’s 74 years old and can’t find the courage to let it all come to a place where it belongs. Definitely

    7. RICH, are sure this cement ball is paleo- approved? I KNOW what you’re thinking Rich–> the Paleo-lithic Area was not cemented in time so there’s no way that cement was a part of that time of the universal motion or something….

    8. Double your fun! Can Steve carry 2 of these cement balls?

    If you said “can’t” then you owe Brent a 20 burpee penalty

    WOD 1: 95×15, 115×15, 135×12(went too fast on this one)
    WOD 2: row 6:48.2, 11 du’s(could not move my legs after the row)
    WOD 3: 11:48
