I did the 8 rounds of 400M with 90 sec rest on TM: 25:08
Then shoulder press: 55 X 3/65 X 4

OHS – shaky at best, been a long time

8 minutes of DUs: Didn’t count, focused on stringing consecutive DUs together. Had multiple sets of 15 and sets of 20, 30, and 31. 31 is a PR by 15. Previous PR was set yesterday.

-15 OH squats at 65lbs, felt good
-3×5 HPCs at 65lbs
-split jerks at 65lbs, threw the bar into my chin on rep 2, moving fast is dangerous!
-3×11 weighted burpees
-toes to bar practice
-learned to pick up sandbags, fast
